Had been having an issue with my gas heating system during the coldest time of this year. They came within 30 minutes of calling them on a Friday. It quit working again within 30 minutes. I called and 2 guys were back within 30 minutes and were here over 2 hours. It was working great. Saturday morning I got a call from them wanting to come by and make sure it was still working ok. David came by and spent an hour sitting in the attic making sure it was cycling correctly. Thank you guys for making sure I had heat over those cold, cold days.

I had Ricky's come out because my AC was not cooling the best. We had had another company come out before but they wanted to sale us a new unit. Ricky's was honest and helpful. Chris was great and we greatly appreciate his honesty.

This company is dedicated to exceptional service! After hours call. The owner responded quickly, corrected the problems, and was very honest about what to expect from our systems. He has earned my business for replacements, and upgrades that will be due shortly. BTW, we were his 3rd after hours call out on this night. Do not hesitate to call Ricky's!!

I’m not sure what the mans name was but he was right on time for the appointment and was so nice and professional. He got our ac back working like it was never messed up at all and explained to me what went wrong very well, it wasn’t expensive either so that’s always a nice plus. 10/10 recommend and will be using them again in the future
